Solution Sales Representative

Skills and Personal Characteristics Required
Sycamore is searching for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Proven success selling custom software, web applications, and web site development to diverse industries.
  • A love for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to understand customer needs and offer Sycamore services to meet those needs.
  • The self-confidence, drive, and motivation to be highly successful.
  • The ability to LISTEN to the customer and to think on your feet.
  • A good working knowledge of development tools including Microsoft's Development Platform
  • Skilled and efficient at using Microsoft Office products for presentations, proposal preparation.
Role Expectations
The Solution Sales Representative will be responsible for:
  • Developing new business leads.
  • Meeting with prospective customers.
  • Listening well and developing proposals to meet their needs.
  • Drawing in additional resources as needed.
  • Closing the business.
  • Managing the customer's expectations and providing communication between the customer and project resources.
Compensation
NO CAP ON COMMISSION. You are in charge of your salary. This is a commission based position. If you are good, you will have the opportunity to earn a six figure salary. In addition to base salary and commission bonus, we offer a competitive benefits package.
